The Life of a Missionary

I studied this morning on the life and ministry of Jesus Christ. I was thinking about it and I know that if I went in depth to every little thing that Christ did, it would take a while. A long while. But one sentence stook out to me as I read:

"The most important thing that Jesus Christ did on earth was the Atonement."

I'm grateful for the life of Christ. I obviously don't know ALL that he did - not even a fraction of what he did - but I know that he fulfilled the Atonement. And what a wonderful thing that is!

  1. Elder Richins,
I served in Nashville, Columbia and Carthage, Tennessee in 1963. I think my companion and I brought the first person into the church in Franklin where there now stands a temple of the Lord. What a thrill and honor it was to serve as a missionary.Five of my six children have served missions. David L Smith
